This blog is dedicated to the local history of Mill Valley, CA. Mill Valley is in fact a very interesting town, just north of San Francisco. In the early 20th Century a railroad ran all the way to the top of nearby Mount Tamalpais, where there was a luxury hotel situated right at the top.
